The N70 is a 3G smartphone, similar to that of most popular and successful 6680, but with great built-in features. It is offered in a combination of silver-black and white-wine red. It's in the familiar candy bar design shape, with a large screen rear.

The rear of the N70 comprises of a large sliding panel, moving downwards to unveil the camera lens and integrated flash. Moving the slider down automatically launches the camera application from wherever you are in the phone's operating system, making it a (groan) snap to take simple digital pictures.

N70 comes with a sleek casing with smooth finish, highly useable keypad, 262k colour screen providing user with great quality display (176 x 208 pixel screen resolution), 2 megapixel camera with 20x digital zoom, integrated flash, and video recorder to record, store & playback edited recording.

The internal memory of the device is 30MB, which is expandable using microSD memory card up to 64MB. There is another VGA camera enabling 2x digital zoom and allowing the option to join video calling. N70 enables the user to print photos via Nokia XpressPrint directly to a PictBridge-compliant printer.

N70 Music Edition is a 3G Smartphone modified with music access keys for easy music, 1GB memory, and remote control stereo headset. It also encompasses new music software for easy music management and Nokia PC Suite with Nokia music manger software.
